The Kenai city council recently approved changes to leasing policies for airport lands. And that's just a beginning step in long-range plan to put the city's considerable land assets to better use for development. 

Kenai city manager Paul Ostrander and assistant city manager Christine Cunningham join us this week to talk about what part those lands play in the city's economy now, and what role they could play in the future.
